Net Asset Value

 The Company announces that, at its close of business on 27 March 2024 its
 unaudited net asset value was USD 1890.2 million or USD 9.53 per share
 (Sterling equivalent at that date was GBP 1496.7 million or GBP 7.55 per
 share).
