Net Asset Value

 The Company announces that, at its close of business on 14 March 2025 its
 unaudited net asset value was USD 1794.1 million or USD 9.86 per share
 (Sterling equivalent at that date was GBP 1389.1 million or GBP 7.63 per
 share).
