Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited

(the "Company")

 

Cancellation of Treasury Shares

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, the Company announces that on 3 April
2024 it cancelled from treasury 19,893,760 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each
("Ordinary Shares").

 

Following the above cancellation, the Company has 198,247,879 Ordinary Shares
in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 2,779,107 Ordinary Shares in
treasury.

 

The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is
198,247,879 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs").

 

In conformity with DTR 5.5.1R, the Company announces that of the Company's
total issued share capital (201,026,986 Ordinary Shares, including treasury
shares), 1.38% is currently held in treasury, and confirms that shares held in
treasury do not carry any voting rights.
