NOTICE OF AGM

 

The Company announced on 29 April 2025 that it will hold its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") at 12:00pm (UK time) on 18 June 2025 at The Stationers' Hall,
Ave Maria Lane, London EC4M 7DD, United Kingdom.

The AGM will be conducted by the VEIL Chair, Sarah Arkle.  Following the AGM,
Dominic Scriven, Chairman of Dragon Capital Group, and Tuan Le, Lead Portfolio
Manager, will each present on the Company's latest developments and the market
in Vietnam.  The presentations will be followed by a Vietnamese buffet lunch
at 01:15 pm.

 

Both existing shareholders of the Company and those interested in
understanding more about the Company are invited to attend the AGM and
subsequent presentations. To register for in-person attendance, please email

Shareholders who wish to watch the proceeding of the AGM and/or subsequent
presentation online may do so via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform.

Shareholders may submit questions for the Board of Directors to consider ahead

during the AGM itself.

 

Please note that shareholders will not be able to vote via the IMC platform,
and are therefore requested to submit their instructions via the relevant Form
of Proxy or Form of Instruction by the respective deadlines. Please refer to
the circular for more details.
