Vigil Neuroscience rises as FDA lifts partial hold on Alzheimer’s disease trial

** Shares of Vigil Neuroscience  VIGL.O  rise ~2% to $3.64
premarket
    ** Co says FDA removes partial clinical hold on ongoing
early-stage trial of lead drug candidate, VG-3927, to treat
Alzheimer's
    ** FDA had placed its hold last Sept, limiting maximum drug
dosage in the study
    ** VIGL says while hold did not delay clinical development,
the option for higher dosage will allow it to "explore the full
pharmacology of VG-3927"
    ** VIGL expects to report complete trial data in Q1 2025
    ** Up to last close, stock up 5.6% YTD
