Camber Energy shares bounce from record low in trading volume surge

** Shares of Camber Energy  CEI.A  rise nearly 90% to 12
cents in premarket trading, most actively traded across U.S.
exchanges
    ** By 8:23 a.m. ET, nearly 77 mln shares had changed hands,
more than 50 times its 10-DMA volume
    ** Last week the energy company said a one-for-fifty stock
split will take effect on Dec. 21 and consolidate its common
stock to 20 mln from 1 billion
    ** CEI shares fell over 20% to a record low of 6 cents on
Friday, the stock's 11th decline in 12 trading sessions of
December
    ** Stock down 93% YTD
