Carnival up after raising annual profit view on higher prices, steady demand

** Shares of cruise operator Carnival Corp  CCL.N  up ~5% at
$17.21 in early trading
    ** Co raises annual profit forecast for the second time this
year owing to higher prices for its itineraries and sustained
demand 
    ** Expects annual adj. profit per share of about $1.18 vs
prior forecast of 98 cents per share
    ** Also expects, Q3 adj. profit of $1.15 per share vs LSEG
estimates of $1.10 per share
    ** The company continues to experience strong booking
momentum driven by record booking volumes for 2025 sailings -

    ** Shares of peers Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings  NCLH.N 
up ~4%, while Royal Caribbean Group  RCL.N  and Viking Holdings
 VIK.N  shares up about 3% and 2%, respectively
    ** Up to last close, CCL stock fell nearly 5% YTD
