    ** Stock set to snap two consecutive sessions of gains; on
track for biggest one-day pct loss in over two weeks
    ** Says offering 10.9 mln common shares in a registered

    ** Says each share is being sold at a public offering price
of $12.40, a discount of 13.6% to its Thursday closing price on
the Nasdaq
