India's Vimta Labs falls most in over 7-1/2 years as qtrly profit slumps

** Shares of the clinical research and development services
provider  VIML.NS  fall as much as 19.8%, their biggest intraday
percentage fall since March 14, 2012
    ** Co on Saturday reported a slump in qtrly profit, hurt by

    ** Co also said it will acquire 100% of equity shares of
Emtac Laboratories Private 
    ** About 100,400 shares change hands in morning trade,
compared with 30-day average of 19,463
    ** At last close, stock down 61% this year
