Dividend Declaration - Currency of Payment

In relation to the dividend payable on or around 4 December 2023, for any
shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend payment in Pounds
Sterling (GBP), the Company can confirm that the exchange rate that was
applied to currency elections was 1.2415 GBP / USD.

As announced by the Company on 23 October 2023, the record date for dividends
was 3 November 2023 with an ex-dividend date of 2 November 2023.
