 Dividend Declaration - Currency of Payment
 In relation to the dividend payable on or around 13 May 2024, for any
 shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend payment in Pounds
 Sterling (GBP), the Company can confirm that the exchange rate that was
 applied to currency elections was 1.2475 GBP / USD.

 As announced by the Company on 25 March 2024, the record date for dividends
 was 5 April 2024 with an ex-dividend date of 4 April 2024.
