 Dividend Declaration - Currency of Payment

 In relation to the dividend payable on or around 13 May 2025, for any
 shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend payment in Pounds
 Sterling (GBP), the Company can confirm that the exchange rate that was
 applied to currency elections was 1.3302 GBP / USD.

 As announced by the Company on 26 March 2025, the record date for dividends
 was 4 April 2025 with an ex-dividend date of 3 April 2025.
