Revaluations of Investments as at 31 December 2024

 

As part of the review of the Company's Interim Financial Statements as at 31
December each year, the audit committee of the Company considers the
valuations of investments held in the Company's portfolio. These valuations
are prepared for the Interim Financial Statements by VinaCapital Investment
Management Limited.

 

In aggregate, the revised valuations have resulted in a reduction of the
Company's Net Asset Value (NAV) as at 31 December 2024 of USD 4.1 million -
less than 0.3% of the NAV. These revised valuations will be included in the
calculation of the daily NAV for Wednesday 5 March 2025 to be issued tomorrow
and will be used for the daily NAVs from that point forward until the assets
are next revalued.
