Notice of Change of Administrator, Company Secretary and Registered Office

 

The Company announces that effective close of business on 4 November 2025, it
has transferred the administration of the Company to NSM Funds Limited
("NSM"). With effect from close of business on

4 November 2025, NSM will act as Designated Administrator and Company
Secretary to the Company.

 

The Company's registered office address will also change to: Les Echelons
Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1AR.

             Bailiwick of Guernsey under The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008, with
