Investment of incentive fee by VinaCapital Investment Management Ltd. (the
"Investment Manger")

 

Following the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended
30 June 2024, the Company has paid to the Investment Manager the sum of
USD14,675,381 being the incentive fee due for the year. Under the terms of the
Investment Management Agreement, 25% of this will be invested in shares in the
Company.

 

Following the death of Andy Ho, the Chief Investment Officer of the Investment
Manager, his estate wishes to sell the 579,253 shares in the Company which
were beneficially owned by him. The Board of the Company has agreed that the
Investment Manager may purchase these shares from Andy Ho's estate as part of
its commitment to invest 25% of the incentive fee in shares in the Company.
The balance of the Investment Manager's commitment will be met by purchases of
shares in the market.
