Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of NSM Funds Limited, Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1AR on 3 December 2025 at 11:00am.

 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting has been posted to shareholders. A copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2025 is available on the Company's website at https://vinacapital.com/investment-solutions/offshore-funds/vof/corporate-literature/.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.7, the Notice of Annual General Meeting, proxy form and Annual Report and Financial Statements have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
