Redemption of Series 2011-1 Class A £300,000,000 6.125 per cent. Bonds due
2026 (ISIN: XS0596919299) (the "Bonds")

Gatwick Funding Limited today announces that the Bonds have been redeemed on
their Scheduled Redemption Date (2nd March 2026).

Gatwick Funding Limited intends to cancel the admission of the Bonds on the
Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
on or around the Scheduled Redemption Date.
