Australia's Vintage Energy falls on Vali gas field delay

** Shares of oil and gas co Vintage Energy Ltd  VEN.AX  fall
as much as 3.2% to A$0.092
    ** Co says commissioning of the Vali gas field facilities in
Queensland is now expected in January 2023 after Christmas-New
Year break
    ** Earlier expectation was for December 2022 with first gas
later in the month
    ** Says delay due to weather events, which disrupted
pipeline installation work
    ** Work is scheduled to resume on or around Jan 4, 2023 - Co
    ** About 1.6 mln shares change hands, more than double the
30-day moving avg of 713,475 shares 
    ** As of last close, stock up 13.1% this year
