** Shares of men's innerwear maker VIP Clothing Ltd
 VIPC.NS  rise as much as 5% to 45.30 rupees, highest since
Sept. 27, 2018
    ** Co said on Tuesday its board will meet on Dec. 9th to
consider a proposal to raise funds through issuance of
securities and convertible shares
    ** Stock on track to record fifth straight session of gains
    ** ~2 mln shares change hands by 11:05 a.m. IST vs 30-day
avg of ~330,000 shares
    ** Stock up 85.6% so far this year, up to last close
