Wall Street futures were subdued on Tuesday after another round of inconclusive
talks over increasing the U.S. debt limit, raising the spectre of an
unprecedented default.  .N 
    
    At 7:32 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.16% at 33,308. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.14% at 4,199, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 0.14%
at 13,883.25.
