French and Benelux stocks-Factors to watch

March 20 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    ATOS  ATOS.PA 
    France said it would protect the strategic assets of Atos
after planemaker Airbus pulled the plug on a deal to buy the
ailing French IT conglomerate's cybersecurity assets.
    
    BENETEAU  CHBE.PA 
    Yachtmaker and boats company reported a 32% growth in annual
earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization,
which stood at 264.2 million euros in 2023.
    
    EUTELSAT COMMUNICATIONS  ETL.PA 
    The French satellite company sait it signed a deal to enable
Intelsat to integrate Eutelsat's OneWeb low earth orbit
constellation into its geo assets, a deal valued at up to 500
million dollars over seven years.
    
    EU/UKRAINE/FARMING:
    The European Union has reached a provisional agreement on
granting Ukrainian food producers tariff-free access to its
markets until June 2025, the European Parliament said in a
statement on Wednesday.
    
    FNAC DARTY  FNAC.PA 
    French retailer said it will issue 550 million euros in
senior notes, with a 6% annual interest rate.
    
    GAZTRANSPORT ET TECHNIGAZ  GTT.PA 
    The French engineering company signed a contract with HD
KSOE to design LNG tanks for three new vessels.
    
    KERING  PRTP.PA 
    The French luxury giant said first-quarter sales are likely
to drop by around 10%, weighed down by star label Gucci,
knocking back hopes that it had stemmed sales declines.
    
    VIRBAC  VIRB.PA 
    The French veterinarian pharmaceutical firm said its 2023
operating profit rose 2.5% to 184 million euros.
