    ** Co reports Q2 net sales of $107.3 mln, compared to $82.8
mln, a year earlier
    ** Virco's net income rose to $15.5 mln, or $0.95 per share,
in the second quarter, from $9.7 mln, or $0.60 per share, a year
earlier
     ** YTD, VIRC up 2.65%
