    ** Firm reports full-year net sales of $269.1 mln vs $231.1
mln a year ago
    ** Its net income rises to $21.9 mln, or $1.34/share, for
the year ended Jan. 31, from $16.5 mln, or $1.02/share, a year
earlier
    ** FY gross margin expanded to 43.1% vs 36.9% previously -

    ** YTD, VIRC down 7.15%
