Company notifies the market that, as announced by Auto Trader Group plc (Auto
Trader) on 22 March 2024, Geeta Gopalan, an independent non-executive director
of the Company, is to be appointed as an independent non-executive director of
Auto Trader with effect from 1 May 2024.
