NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that:
(a)        the London Stock Exchange plc (the Exchange) has been informed by the Issuer that the Issuer will fully redeem all of the outstanding Notes on 16 February 2021 (the Redemption Date), pursuant to Condition 5(E)(i) and 5(E)(ii) of the Notes constituted by a trust deed dated 25 January 2016 (as amended from time to time) between the Issuer and Citicorp Trustee Company Limited as Note Trustee;
(b)      Written request will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA) to cancel the listing of the Notes on the Official List maintained by the FCA with effect from the Redemption Date; and
(c)      the Exchange will cancel the admission of the Notes to trading on the Exchange with effect from the Redemption Date.
