Base Prospectus dated 5 December 2024 relating to the €10,000,000,000 Global
Covered Bond Programme of Clydesdale Bank PLC (trading as Virgin Money)
unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and
principal by Eagle Place Covered Bonds LLP
