The following document has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority
and is available for viewing:

Base Prospectus dated 17 February 2025 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to the
Residential Mortgage-Backed Note Issuance Programme of Lanark Master Issuer
PLC.

On 17 February 2025, amendments were made to the Residential Mortgage-Backed
Note Issuance Programme.

Copies of the amended and restated Programme Documents and the new Programme
Documents will be available for inspection by Noteholders at the specified
offices of the Paying Agents and of the Issuer referred to below:
