BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

 

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 692,515 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the
Company to be admitted to the Official List.  It is expected that admission
will become effective on 12 March 2024.

 

These shares are being reserved under a Block Listing and will be issued as a
result of the award of shares pursuant to the following employee share plans:

 

·    Virgin Money Deferred Bonus Share Plan (15,472 shares)

·    Virgin Money Long Term Incentive Plan (677,043 shares)

 

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.
