Virgin Money UK PLC (the "Company")

 

Suspension of Buyback Programme

 

The Company today announces that further to the potential cash acquisition of
the Company by Nationwide Building Society announcement released today, the
Company has suspended the

£150 million Buyback Programme that was announced in November 2023 with
immediate effect.

 

Any recommencement of the Buyback Programme will be announced to the market.

 

No purchases were made under the Buyback Programme on 6 March 2024.
