Virgin Wines announces that it has been notified that Sophie Tomkins,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 13 January 2023 purchased 20,000
ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 56.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Sophie Tomkins is
beneficially interested in 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately
0.36 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
