NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ANNUAL REPORT & ACCOUNTS

 

Virgin Wines (AIM:VINO), one of the UK's largest direct-to-consumer online
wine retailers, confirms that it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report
& Accounts for the period ended 1 July 2022 together with its Notice of
Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). Copies of both are available on the Company's
website at www.virginwinesplc.co.uk (http://www.virginwinesplc.co.uk) or by
request. They are also available on request from the Company at its registered
office.

 

The AGM will be held in person at 9:30am on Thursday 1 December 2022 at the
Tickled Trout Hotel, Preston New Road, Samlesbury, Preston, PR5 0UJ.

Along with its extensive range of award-winning products, Virgin Wines was
delighted to be named Online Drinks Retailer of the Year for 2022 at this
year's Drinks Retailing Awards, as well as receiving the bronze award for
Contact Centre of the Year at the 2022 UK National Contact Centre Awards.
