Virtu Financial falls after Q4 profit misses estimates

~3.7% at $19.73 before the bell
    ** VIRT reports Q4 adjusted EPS 37 cents, missing Wall
Street estimates of 52 cents, according to Refinitiv data
    ** Total revenue decreased 29.5% to $497.8 mln in the
quarter, compared with $705.6 mln a year ago 
    ** Net income plunged to $39.6 mln, compared with $186 mln
in the year-ago period 
    ** As of last close, stock up marginally YTD
