Virtu Financial plunges to near 3-year low after Q4 profit miss

~10.1% at $18.42 - hitting lowest levels since March 2020
    ** Stock will see its biggest one-day percentage decline
since April, if losses hold 
    ** VIRT reports Q4 adjusted EPS of 37 cents, missing Wall
Street estimates of 52 cents, according to Refinitiv data
    ** Total revenue decreased 29.5% to $497.8 mln in the
quarter, compared with $705.6 mln a year ago 
    ** Net income plunged to $39.6 mln from $186 mln in the
year-ago period 
    ** Including session loss, shares down ~9.6% YTD
