UK regulator proposes profit reporting rules for Visa and Mastercard
May 21 (Reuters) - Britain's payments system regulator on Thursday proposed new rules to force Visa V.N and Mastercard MA.N to disclose their UK financial performance on concerns that their profit margins were higher than expected in competitive markets.
