    ** Stock touches highest level since listing on Sept. 5
    ** VISH on track for fourth consecutive session of gains, if
trend holds
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct gain since Nov. 16
    ** Engineering, procurement and construction company
receives letter of award from Government of Uttarakhand for two
projects worth 8.99 bln rupees ($108.02 mln)
    ** Projects involve development of water supply system with
18 years of operation and maintenance
    ** Stock last up 7%
