** World's top oil exporter Saudi Aramco 2223.SE has signed
agreements with some French companies potentially worth over
$3.7 billion in total.

talks with Nasdaq-listed Afya AFYA.O regarding a potential

acquire UK motor warranty provider Car Care Plan from AmTrust
