    ** Shares drop on delisting notice from NASDAQ saying VISL
doesn't comply with a listing rule 
    ** Says its recently closed public offerings didn't meet the
stock exchange's definition of a public offering
    ** Co has until March 18 to submit a plan to regain

    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock down ~20% YTD
