** Shares of Vislink Technologies  VISL.O  rise 13% to $1.13
premarket; among top Nasdaq-listed gainers before the bell
    ** Co says received orders valued at ~$1.6 mln from global
clients for its satellite communications equipment
    ** Up to Monday's close, stock was down 68% and had a market
value of $3.80 mln
