Vislink Technologies: Plunges on stock and warrant offering

** Shares of communications equipment provider  VISL.O 
plunged 13% to $0.23 premarket - likely to open at 6-week low 
    ** Co has filed to offer 23.1 mln shares and warrants to
purchase up to 17.3 mln shares
    ** Vislink has lost more than 90% over past one year -
competitors Bos Better Online Solutions  BOSC.O  dropped 28% and
Westell Technologies Inc  WSTL.O  plunged 51% in same period
    ** The Nasdaq Telecommunications index  .IXUT  has fallen
nearly 6% over past 12 months
    ** VISL ended previous sesion 1.65% higher after co said it
received orders valued at over $400,000 for satellite
communications equipment from Airbus Defence and Space Limited
