defense markets, up 4.1% at $3.09
    ** Co bags $3.8 mln order from the U.S. Department of
Defense (DoD) for the supply of handheld intelligence,
surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) receiver devices and

    ** These devices are designed to display high-resolution,
real-time video imagery transmitted by aerial platforms 
    ** Shares up 125% for the year
