    ** Cinema technology co says it signed agreement with
Mexico-based global cinema exhibitor Cinépolis
    ** Co to transition Cinépolis' Cine Yelmo circuit in Spain
to its Vista Digital
    ** Over 909,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of ~182,400
    ** Stock down 4.6% YTD, based on last close
