** Shares of New Zealand-based cinema management software provider Vista Group International VGL.NZ rise as much as 8.8% to NZ$2.17, highest level since February 27

** Co says Mexico's largest cinema operator, Cinepolis, signed agreement with its unit

** Says agreement to transition Cinepolis' Mexican circuit, its largest globally, to Vista's cloud operational excellence unit

** As part of the six-year agreement, which includes all Vista Cloud capabilities, Cinépolis' Mexican circuit is expected to transition to Operational Excellence over the course of 2026, with the commercials commencing from 1 January 2026 - VGL

** Stock down 16.5% YTD
