Vista group sees best day in over 2 months on agreement with Canada's Cineplex

** Shares of Vista Group International Ltd  VGL.NZ  rise as
much as 4.9% to NZ$1.5 - set for best day since Sept. 30, if
gains hold
    ** Film tech provider says it has entered into a 5-yr
agreement with Canada's entertainment co Cineplex Inc  CGX.TO ,
to transition it to Vista Cloud platform 
    ** Says agreement is to implement co's Vista Digital and
Vista Cloud for over 170 movie theatres and entertainment venues
    ** VGL at its highest level since Dec. 15
    ** Stock is down ~40% YTD, as of last close
