** Shares of Vistagen Therapeutics  VTGN.O  jump more than
12-fold to $24.98 premarket
    ** Co says its nasal spray for adults diagnosed with social
anxiety disorder met main goal in late stage study
    ** The spray, fasedienol, showed a statistically significant
difference during a public speaking challenge compared to
placebo on a scale which is used to measure the intensity of
distress or nervousness in people with social anxiety
     ** Fasedienol was well-tolerated and demonstrated a
favorable safety profile consistent with all prior trials -VTGN
    ** Co's fasedienol is a rapid-onset investigational pherine
nasal spray
    ** Up to last close, stock down 45% YTD
