ANNOUCEMENT IN RELATION TO  SERVICES TERMINATION

 

Series 3 USD 750,000,000 5.90 per cent Loan Participation Notes due 2022 with
ISIN XS0841671000 for Reg S Notes and ISIN US85805RAB42 for Rule 144A Notes
(the Notes), issued by Steel Capital S.A. (the Issuer) under the USD
4,500,000,000 Programme for the issuance of Loan Participation Notes for the
purpose of funding loan to Severstal  -  Notice to Noteholders

 

Vistra hereby gives notice that it has resigned as a corporate service
provider of the Issuer under the Administrative Services and Domiciliation
Agreement between the Issuer and Vistra with effect from 24 November 2022,
including the directorship mandate performed by the Vistra related directors,
in light of restrictive measures adopted against certain entities and
individuals by regulatory authorities in relation to Russia's actions against
Ukraine.
