Second Amendment of Conditions and Contractual Terms
in respect of 
Series 94 USD 20,000,000 Physically/Cash Settled Credit-linked Notes due 2028
(formerly known as Series 94 USD 20,000,000 Physically/Cash Settled Credit-linked Notes due 2026) (XS1439096972)

(the "Notes")



The directors of the Issuer wish to announce that on 21 July 2020, with the consent of the holder of 100% of the Notes and pursuant to the terms of a Second Amendment Deed dated 21 July 2020 entered into, among others, between the Issuer and U.S. Bank National Association as trustee, the issue deed in respect of the Notes was amended in accordance with the modification set out in the Second Amendment Deed.
