Northern Oil and Gas, Vital Energy to acquire Point Energy assets

July 28 (Reuters) - Northern Oil and Gas  NOG.N  said on
Sunday that it would acquire certain assets of private
equity-owned Point Energy Partners in a joint acquisition with
Vital Energy Inc  VTLE.N  for $1.1 billion.
