** Shares of food retailer Vital Farms  VITL.O  rise 9.8% to
$20.86 premarket 
    ** Co reports Q4 net revenue of $135.81 mln beating
analysts' estimates of $131.84 mln-LSEG data 
     ** Says increase in revenue was due to higher prices and
increase in customer demand 
    ** Co had cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities
of $116.8 mln as of Dec. 31, 2023
    ** VITL forecasts 2024 net revenue of at least $552 mln, vs
analysts' estimates of $550.60 mln
    ** Co says on track to be a $1 bln business by 2027      
    ** Up to last close, stock has risen 21.1% in the last 12
months
