 * Approved resignation of Singarababu Indira Kumar from the position of 
   managing director 
 * Source text:Vitan Agro Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2015, has considered and approved the following matters: 
 
1. Appointment of Mr. Athimoolam Dakshinamoorthy as an Additional Director cum Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. November 13, 2015. 
 
2. Taking on record the resignation of Mr. Amit HajarilalChaurasiya from the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect. 
 
3. Taking on record the resignation of Mr. SingaraBabu Indira Kumar for the position of Managing Director and also the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect.
