to A$0.085, their highest since January 22
    ** Healthcare software co says it will acquire cannabis
clinic business Candor Medical for A$5.9 million ($3.71 million)
    ** Co says it will fund the acquisition via share placement
at A$0.06912 apiece
    ** Co anticipates increase in earnings per share from
acquisition
    ** About 579,000 shares change hands, vs the 30-day average
of around 257,000 shares
    ** Stock down 1.2% YTD, including session's moves
